We ship our livestock in the best possible conditions. If you have any issues with your livestock you MUST inform us immediately, but no later than 2 hours after signing for your package, either by email info@purplepets.co.uk or by telephone 01342 836633. Aquatic livestock deliveries are made by APC, the only specialist courier in the country. at a cost of £19.95 Aquatic livestock is sent Wednesday - Friday. Aquatic livestock deliveries MUST be signed for so please make sure there is someone in on the day of delivery. If the package is not signed for we can not refund any of your purchase. Delivery Charges: DRY GOODS - Delivery is free for orders over £50 and is £6.95 for orders under £50. Deliveries of larger orders to some postcodes including Northern Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle and Man and the Isle of Wight are subject to an additional handling charge by our carriers which we have to pass on. Actual charges are shown once you have logged in. We would love to be able to offer the same rates across the UK but our couriers have delivery zones, some of which may incur extra charges. Please note that a 'next day' delivery service to some of these locations can become a 2 day service. All Livestock is sent via a specialist livestock courier at a flat rate of £65 to mainland UK only. Livestock and dry goods are charged separately.
