What is the Kiki Bet mobile app?
The Kiki Bet mobile app is a Progressive Web App, or PWA. That means it uses the modern web platform on your phone to give you the same experience as a native app: a home-screen icon, a full-screen interface without the browser chrome, offline handling for parts of the shell and push-notification promotions. The lobby, cashier, live casino streams, sportsbook and account settings are all identical to the desktop site. You sign in with the same email and password you use in a desktop browser.

Building the app as a PWA rather than a native download means updates roll out silently. The next time you open the icon after we push an update, you get the new version without visiting an app store. It also keeps the install lightweight; the initial download is a fraction of the size of a comparable native app, and your phone storage barely notices.
Install on iPhone or iPad
Safari on iOS supports adding the site to your home screen in a few taps. iOS 16 and higher are recommended for the smoothest experience, though older versions back to iOS 13 also work.
- Open Safari and go to purplepets.co.uk.
- Tap the Share icon at the bottom of the browser (the square with an up arrow).
- Scroll through the list of actions and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Confirm the name Kiki Bet, then tap Add in the top right.
- Close Safari and open the Kiki Bet icon from your home screen. It launches full-screen.
Push notifications on iOS PWAs require iOS 16.4 or later. If you are on an older release, notifications will still work when the tab is open in Safari.
Install on Android
Chrome on Android is the recommended browser for installing Kiki Bet as an app. Recent releases of Samsung Internet, Firefox for Android and Edge on Android also support the install flow.
- Open Chrome and go to purplepets.co.uk.
- Tap the three-dot menu in the top right corner.
- Select Install app, or Add to Home Screen if the Install option is not shown.
- Confirm the name Kiki Bet, then tap Install.
- Close Chrome and open the Kiki Bet icon from your app drawer or home screen.
Some Android devices show an install banner at the bottom of the browser after a couple of visits to the site. Tapping that banner also completes the install and puts the Kiki Bet icon on your home screen.
What the Kiki Bet app gives you
- Fast loading. Core parts of the app cache locally, so opening the icon is almost instant after the first visit.
- Full lobby. Slots, live tables, table games, crash and the sportsbook are all present with no cuts against the desktop site.
- Live casino. HD streams from Ezugi tables run smoothly on modern phones, with in-round chat and quick-bet chip layouts sized for touch.
- Sports betting. Pre-match and in-play markets, bet slip, cash-out and request-a-bet on select fixtures.
- Secure sign-in. Biometric sign-in through Face ID or your fingerprint reader is supported on devices with that hardware.
- Push notifications. Opt-in alerts for new bonuses, free spins drops and live sports notifications on your bets.
Device support
Kiki Bet works on any phone or tablet that runs a modern browser. For the smoothest experience we recommend iOS 16 or later on iPhone and iPad, and Android 10 or later on Android phones and tablets. Older devices back to iOS 13 and Android 8 still load the site correctly, though older browser versions may not support the full-screen install experience. Chrome for Android 90 and higher and Safari on iOS 13 and higher have both been verified.
Kiki Bet also works on desktop Windows, macOS and Linux browsers. Chrome and Edge on Windows and macOS let you install the site as an app from the browser address bar (look for the install icon on the right side). The desktop app opens in its own window and behaves the same way as the phone app.
Troubleshooting the install
If you cannot see the Add to Home Screen option in Safari or the Install app option in Chrome, the browser might be an outdated version. Update the browser through the App Store or Play Store and try again. Private browsing mode also hides the install prompt on both platforms; switch to a normal browsing window and reload.
If the Kiki Bet icon opens in a browser tab rather than in its own window, the site was probably opened from a bookmark before you added it to the home screen. Remove the icon, revisit purplepets.co.uk in a fresh Safari or Chrome tab and repeat the install steps.
Push notifications not arriving? On iOS, check Settings, Notifications, Kiki Bet and make sure Allow Notifications is on. On Android, long-press the Kiki Bet icon, tap App Info (or the info icon) and check that Notifications are turned on. Inside the site, notification preferences can also be adjusted in the account settings menu.
If a live casino stream stutters, drop to Wi-Fi if you are on 4G or 5G, close background apps that use bandwidth and try again. If the issue continues, our support team at [email protected] can help investigate.
